Meet The Team

Ashley Kranz, PT, DPT

Owner and Founder of Ageless Agility

Dr. Ashley Kranz, a former Division 1 collegiate swimmer, recognizes the importance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being to achieve peak performance. Even minor injuries or persistent discomfort can hinder optimal performance levels. Ashley graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington in 2011, majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Nutrition and Coaching. During her senior year, while recovering from shoulder surgery, she realized her passion for working with athletes, whether as a coach or a therapist. Continuing her education, Ashley obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014.

Currently, she takes pleasure in assisting all motivated individuals but specializes in treating swimmers, runners, and triathletes.

TUCKER

Tucker is Ageless Agility’s official office dog and an important part of keeping the clinic full of smiles, tail wags, and good energy. His daily duties include greeting everyone who walks through the door, making new friends, supervising the team, and accepting as many belly rubs as possible. Tucker loves staying active with the team and is always ready to join in for a game of fetch with anyone who is willing to throw the ball. Whether he’s exercising alongside the team, making his rounds around the clinic, or showing off his best puppy eyes, Tucker has a talent for making everyone’s day a little better.
